Having a regular exercise routine is crucial to good, long-lasting health. That doesn’t just apply to the heart, lungs, and biceps. It also applies to any practice you engage in. Especially acting. You need to be consistently exercising, stretching, and strengthening your acting muscles in order to stay “healthy” in your acting career. Whether strengthening the memorization muscle, script analysis, or figuring out and strengthening new tools, staying in practice is part of the job of any professional. Frat Pack’s Actor’s Gym is a drop-in style class that meets every Monday from 7pm-9:30pm and will help to keep you strong in your craft. Each session will be limited to no more than 12 people. Please come prepared, preferably off-book, with either a 2-3 page scene or a 1-2 minute monologue you’d like to work on, and let’s grow!
